I was gone from the blogger-sphere last week due to traveling for work. Doesn't mean I didn't get to

be up-to-date on all your lovely blogs. I just have to sign in to blogger everyday to have some daily 

fashion inspiration. Anyways, I was in California last week on an appoint for a client I must say I 

really love. I got great feedback and can't wait to develop jewelry, hair accessories and technology 

accessories for them. I must say you California people have some Ah-Mazing weather, I'm so jealous.

I wish I could wake up and just through a sweater on and by the end of the day I could go without it.

I'm not one for taking many pictures of myself because well I'm not as confident as other bloggers. But I figured why not start taking outfit pictures to boost my confidence, this is a fashion blog after all. Sorry for the blurriness of the picture above but I took it a couple of week ago while out in Miami with my iPhone. I'm definitely not going to post outfit pictures everyday because lets be realistic sometimes we wake up and just throw on the first thing in our closets, which I do a lot of. I love fashion but I think comfort for me is more important. Anyways, so yeah that's that. 

Besides starting to take pictures of my outfits I also started wearing my hair natural (curly) about 3 months ago. I'm on this whole natural hair journey to repair my hair from heat damage and honestly I'm tired of frying my hair straight. I'll start posting curly hair products that work for me as well as hair updates.

Off to Miami tomorrow for work of course but I will squeeze in some sun and fun on the down time. I wanted that gorgeous retro inspired swimsuit up there by River Island but they didn't have my size : / I always do that. I see something I like and then wait too long to get it and its sold out, oh well. I did get this really cute Jessica Simpson one though. Anyways, if I could have had a little shopping trip before tomorrow's trip, this would have been all I wanted to get.

 

Business Meets Pleasure: Los Angeles

 Here are a couple of pictures from my trip to Los Angeles for work. Finally after going there like 5 times I was able to do some sight seeing with my co-worker Alicia from Lattes & Lace. We strolled Rodeo Drive and admired the beautiful window displays because with a-just-graduated-college-budget lets be real I can't afford none of that beautiful stuff on Rodeo Drive. But we did dress up and try to have our pretty woman moment. We also enjoyed Santa Monica and its cool art and street art. Last we went to Venice Beach, definitely not the glamorous place we expected but it was an experience nonetheless. And the weather was amazing compared to New York's.

Bienvenido a Miami !

These are just a few Instagram photos from my business/pleasure trip to Miami last week. I was out there for the Global Sources China/India Sourcing show, as you can see by the picture with all the scarves. It was a lot of fun finding cute new innovative accessories from different manufacturers. I can't wait to start developing some new accessories and posting them on here. Of course I had to take a picture of those adorable Audrey Hepburn bags. The rest are just some pretty palm trees, my new favorite bumble bee tank, and a weird but cool looking parking garage.

Dello Russo Moment

So, while in Milan shopping at 10 Corso Como, the "It" store to shop at as some would say in Milan I bumped into none other than the Great Anna Dello Russo. Yes, her the lady who dares to wear all those crazy outfits designers make and we all look like who is actually going to wear that, well she does. Also, known as the editor of Vogue Japan. My friend the fabulous Fabiola Michele idolizes this woman and the entire trip was saying I wish I could see her. I was walking around this store and noticed these beautiful floral pants and then I saw her face and I was like noooo can't be what are the chances. After kind of stalking Miss Dello Russo to make sure it was her and not look like a fool, I told Fabiola and I'm telling you her face lit up.To make a long story short Anna is such a sweetheart because the whole time all she could say was "you guys are great you really made my day". Love her and her style. Kudos to this down to earth fabulous fashionista.

and let me tell you they have the best breakfast. Plus, while there I felt like I was in a scene out of Grease.

The Hotel Roosevelt was beyond beautiful, it reminded of the tower of terror in Disney. It's like old school

glamour/creepy meets Marrakech. I have to find better pictures of it and make a post. And then of course

I had to take pictures of my favorite stars actual stars. It was only right to find Audrey.
